Need Help....Pix of Windshield Bar!!!

Hey Guys,
Im going to install a new windshield bar this weekend. My cab didnt have one when I got it so I dont have anything to reference. Im looking for closeups of the bar, how and where its connected to windshield surround (at the dash and the roof). Im assuming that it gets butted up right to the lip of the windshield surround.

any pix would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
brian

Re: Need Help....Pix of Windshield Bar!!!

can anyone take a measurment for me. I would really appreciate it. I need to make sure that I get the bar installed correctly, top to bottom. I need a measurement from the top edge of the bottom windshield lip to the center of the bottom hole on the bar and a measurement for the bottom edge of the top windhshield lip to the center of the top hole on the bar. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.

thanks

brian

Do you have the window gasket yet, how about the inside center divider?

Those two pieces have to match up with the holes in the fixed bracket, and also the Stainless divider bar in the center of the windshield

Re: Need Help....Pix of Windshield Bar!!!

I have all the parts, the bar, new rubbers, interior trim piece and exterior chrome piece. I put everything in place but there is a little play with the vertical bar. I have some adjustment room but not much.
