Re: pics of my lastest work('56 truck)
How did you come up with the design for your frame? Where could we get some info on it? The actual design of it. Thanxs for any info in advance.

Re: pics of my lastest work('56 truck)
Funky looking internal roll cage you got there. I thought it was gona be a big 4X4 with all that extra structure. Is this for an allout race truck? If so why didn't you just build the chassis from scratch? I thought about building a strong frame too but for what I want an old freightliner frame would be the ticket.

Re: pics of my lastest work('56 truck)
Do you have any pictures of the rear stabilizer bar setup? How far does the frame cage hang below the frame? Would it hit if you layed frame?

Re: pics of my lastest work('56 truck)
I can get some pics.
the cage hangs about .25" or less below the rocker. you can't lay frame on these trucks without cutting off the rockers. |

Re: pics of my lastest work('56 truck)
Looking really nice. I've always wanted to see someone use that motor in a build. I've only seen a couple in the mags before.
I love the frame and power goal. It is very similar to what I want to achieve. Will keep an eye on this |
