It's amazing what happens when you drink water instead of beer, and change your eating habits. Not to mention a little exercise here and there! I've lost 28 lbs. this month without much effort, but my goal weight is 275, which will require me to lose another 43 lbs. Until I hit my new weight, I've decided to look like Mr. Clean.

My goal is 275 by spring, 250 by summer. I'm at 318 now, almost weigh less than I have in a decade. Unreal.

Thats awesome keep it up....I have lost 41 pounds by riding my bicycle 12-13 miles every morning six days a week and watching what I eat I have gone from 300 down to 260 my goal is 199.9....I am going to go from "Big Al" to "where is Al".....

Your daughter will do fine, the military is usually pretty good about working with people enlisting. Hope all is well with you!

thats great im just saying dont get upset when your weight stop dropping like in the begining most of the weight you lost is from water ,i did the same thing cut everything out and no sugar or drive in burger joints,lost 60 lbs,then leveled out now im fighting it again up and down and then turkey day hit ,well a week before we had two turkey dinners in one week,3lbs up ,but keep up the good work
