Free gas original gas tank to any member that can pick it up. Its off my 72 chevy. I went with a rear between the frame tank and no longer have use for this one. It has a new sending unit from lmc minus the fuel strainer. No rust good condition overall. If you need its yours come and get it. East houston. No shipping.

Hmmm, I should be heading down to Houston this week to pick up some furniture my brother ordered down there. I'll get with him and see if he needs one for his 70'.

Re: Free to any member

Where in Houston are you? I live in Tomball, I'll take it if foamypirate passes.

edit: oops sorry missed "east houston" in your original post, I work for a paving company down that way so this could work good.

Re: Free to any member

Some people have diffrent reasons, mine was to elimate fumes, and in case of an accident not to have a potential bomb right behind me, also to add more weight to the rear for better traction. HERE'S PICS OF MY REAR TANK INSTALL.

Just checking on the status of the tank, I'm still interested if foamypirate doesn't need it.

Sorry about the lack of response, it's been a crazy week for me. Tank can go to 68chevyC10, checked with my brother and he thinks he can make his tank work for what he needs. Thanks though!
