It is a very nice looking resto. That blue is a little too light for me, but very nice looking truck.

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

I would be happy to have that in my garage. Very nice. One problem it is Carolina Blue. I would prefer Duke Blue Devils Blue, even though I work at UNC in Chapel Hill! I'm sure their are some Tar Heel fans out there that will disagree. LOL!!!

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

Very nice! Couple of questions on it... Could you get a center console with utility buckets? Also, the blazer-350 emblems don't look right to me. Is that correct? I know the 4 wheel drive emblem is correct, but the others don't look right. I am thinking it should just have the blazer emblem?

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

It looks like a real nice restoration. As with most, very very nice but not perfect. I don't see the tall oil fill that comes with AC and PB and the vacuum can that is mounted to the AC/Heater box is on the firewall instead, and the mirrors are wrong I believe. None-the-less, I hope mine turns out as nice as that one, and it was a bargain at $10,500 if it is as nice as it looks.
I thought that the 4 wheel drive was on the front fender unless you got an optional engine (350) and then that replaced it? Mine has nothing below the K5 emblem. I have utility buckets and no console, but maybe that doesn't necessarily mean it couldn't be ordered?

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

Since it is a 69, I believe those are the correct mirrors for that year. As far as the 4 wheel drive emblem, anyone know where it goes?

I think the mirrors are correct.
The 4 wheel drive emblem is correct under the side marker. It is the 350 emblem under the blazer emblem that i am not sure about.

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

In the ebay pictures, the spare tire is mounted on the passenger side of the truck on the rear of the wheelwell. My Dad bought a new '69 Blazer and the spare was behind the rear seat on the drivers side. Never saw the passenger side mounting before. Anyone else?

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

I have a 69 CST Blazer and everything that I have seen on this one is correct including mirrors and badges. The only thing I am not sure about is the radiator overflow tank by the battery. That could be an aftermarket add on.

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

Nice thread to rescue....It's interesting to look at the value of this truck 5 short years ago. Seems like someone might have done well to pocket it and wheel it back out right about now.

PS...yes badging is right...would love to see the SPID.

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

I am glad to get a response to this thread. I have a 69 CST Blazer with what I think is a Promotional two-tone interior. When I got it the SPID plate was faded due to glass being shot out and glove box left open. Hoping that someone on here could help with any info on my "Color Keyed" two-tone Dark Green and light Aqua seats I had reproduced!
Thanks,
Andy

I save these pictures for my 69 blazer so I could put the 2 tone red seats in mine.

Re: This is a nice looking 69 blazer

Wow those are awesome. Thanks for sharing.......I have not been able to find two-tone sport bucket seat pics until now! I will try to upload a pic of my original covers that we still do not know it they were reworked! Do you have a SPID plate in your glove box that tells about these? Trying to find info on mine!
