vintage air genII magnum install

i purchased a Vintage Air Gen II magnum air conditioning from a local that didnt want it he got it with a pkg deal and didnt care about a/c. it also came with a polished control panel and bulkhead connector bill of sale was for $1,000 + and i got for $500. has anyone installed this model or have anything negative about it? it will resell for what i paid for it to recoup my investment so keeping it is not my concern just that it will work for my 67. how is the heat output with these units? ty

Re: vintage air genII magnum install

Vintage Air has the best "add on air" out there period. I have an Old Air Product A/C system only because I couldnt afford the VA one back when I put in A/C. I bet you could get at minimum what you paid for it if you were wanting to sell it, but i would put it in if you need air for more than a few weeks a year. In DFW if you dont have air, your cooked!
