Re: 67 68 e brake cables questions????
Id say the cables are the same in the middle as far as leaf coil (67-68) the one closest to the drum would be diff. if I had to guess...ya dont have an extra LR cable for coils ya wanna sell do ya (mine snapped when I got t boned months ago, and cant find a replacemtn that fits worth a darn)

Re: 67 68 e brake cables questions????
Far as I know, the 67-68 E Brake cable from cab to frame is not reproduced and it is different from all the other years.
Unfortunately you may be relegated to using salvaged parts. OR... This hurts me to even bring it up, but "in-line tube" may be able to help you out. They built my cables from drum to frame, since they are not reproduced. I just sent them my originals and they built new ones using my old ones as a pattern. They came out perfect, just the whole transaction process is expensive and frustrating.

Re: 67 68 e brake cables questions????
On the 1/2 tons, the brake cables 67-72 are all the same except the front cable that goes from the adjuster to the handle is different 67-68 and 69-72. They are still made, I got mine from LMC years ago and it has worked great. Other vendors may have it too.
