Bed Crossmember Question

I just shortened an 8 foot box with wood into a 6 foot and am putting the floor cross members back in. One of the cross members is not as tall as the others. Can anybody tell me where it is supposed to go? I put all the other ones in and have this one and to tall extras. I know the two tall/regular height cross members won't be needed since I shortened the bed. Thanks for the help.
