I found a near NOS one, so I am finally letting this go since I won't be using it. I paid $109 plus shipping and tax from the Truckandcarshop in Orange, CA. It is made by Old Air Products and is ready for R-134A refrigerant. It has a dial and instructions so that you can use this for R-12. I have about $125 in this. I would like to get $85 shipped. I will add some pics later this evening.
