If everything works and the body isn't rusty I guess it's worth it. Look it over underneath,see how body repairs were done,look at frame and all over for signs of how much rust it ever might have had,and ask a lot of questions about it...a lot,to the point the guy might seem bothered. It's not worth the money if the rust comes right back. The a/c is aftermarket. Look for oil seepage and check mechanicals,of course. Ask how long they owned it and what have they done since owned.
