Fricken thieves!!!
So I get all my parts to the Upholster's yesterday, including my new $178.00 Grant Steering Wheel, and I get a phone call from the Owner,
saying someone Broke into his Truck last night and stole my new wheel. Now granted, he told me he has an Account with Summit Racing, (where I bought it) and he has already called and ordered a replacement. I just feel Lucky that my OEM, Visor's/Dash Pad and Brand new Door Panels were at his Shop , instead of the back of his Truck! My thread is located here at: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=437982

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
It certainly sucks it was stolen but that sure sounds like a standup guy to call you right away and to order a replacement for you.

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
Theives, every time one is caught, they need to be flown out to a deserted island and left to survive on their own.

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
A judge should make a thief wear whatever he stole around his neck for a year. You like that thing enough to steal it? Then, you can wear the derned thing!

For the most part I am calm and rational, however I believe a thief should pay dearly.

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
Bad thing is that alot of times they are like a rat... They mess up more than they eat. We had an engine stolen and they cut it out with a torch.

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
Do it like the old days... Cut off his hands, hard to steal stuff with nubs and nobody would be stupid enough to steal.

I think anyone thieving from forum members should be handed over to us and we can decide they're fate!

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
LOL BIGBLU and the funny part its true. but yeah I agree its sad that people have to be like that and steal a hardworking mans stuff he worked so hard to get and pay for. I think the .25 cent bullet is a good way to keep people from stealing and ETC. in some countries they would shoot you for even something as small as spitting on the ground.
But over here in America they let the guilty get away with murder. go figure.

Re: Fricken thieves!!!
Well at least the owner is replacing what was stolen, it would suck to be out of a steering wheel just because it got stolen at an upholstery shop.
