FS:402BB runs-complete

I have a 1971 402 BB for sale. The motor runs but you CAN hear the lifters ticking. It cranks fine, has all the brackets and items on the front(AC,PS,alt.), and will include everything you need to swap it to your truck(mounts, radiator 3 or 4core,and whatever else touches it) You can hear it run if you come to look at it as it is still in the truck. Has a Quad carb on it that would probably need a rebuild. I'm wanting $750 for it. It is dirty as the valve cover gaskets leak. I know the PS and alt. works, unsure about the compressor as it is unhooked.
Please respond to this thread if interested.
Thanks,
Matthew

Oh sure, I'm leaving out of town for the holiday weekend. If it is still for sale when I get back, I will come look at it.

OK, How about the whole truck for $800. It's a '71 GMC(no title), body pretty much shot, high hump cab, 24 options, leaf rear, front sway bar, PS, PB, A/C(all there). No tranny.

Let me know.
Matthew

BTW, Not going to part the brackets from the motor.
