Core Suppoort Cushions
I have noticed that there are core support cushion sets for 67-68 Chevy & 69-72 Chevy. I have also noticed that LMC sells a set that must me generic for 67-72. I bought one from LMC and noticed that the cushions are 1/4" approx. thicker than the ones for a 67-68 which is the front end that I am putting on my truck. Will this cause fit-up problems with sheet metal components fenders, grill, hood etc.?

You will probably have less problems with fit if you call one of the board vendors and replace cab and support mounts at the same time. You will more likely get the right parts for your truck. If you replace just the support mounts you will probably have to shim the cab mounts anyhow. 1/4" is quite a bit. Good luck John

It's a good idea to change all mounts at one time to keep your fenders etc. in alignment, and yes 67-8 and 69-72 are different core mounts.

Front & Rear cab cushions usually come together in a set with hardware.
