250 six and ac?
I have a 1969 250 with power steering mounted on the driver side, I need to know if there are ac brackets available or if anybody has built a set.

My friends son in his little car. I've got a video clip too. If you want to see it I can host it up.

Re: midget wrestling
yep
Oops. We had another conversation going in a PM about racing options for kids. There's not a way to attach pictures in PM's, so I posted them up here in this thread. Sorry guys for your confusion.

Re: 250 six and ac?
Cool pic f the lil guys racer,I just thought,"wow that came outta the blue"
ornery, there are also 6 cyl factory brackets. They are somewhat rare.Like I've been into these trucks since the 70's and only remember seeing one or maybe two sets in my time. You coulod always look on the classifieds forum.I doubt you will find a set cheaper than the aftermarket ones.If you're running HEI you will need the divorced coil type(from what I've been told).

Re: 250 six and ac?
Like Deland said, the factory a/c brackets are pretty hard to come by. I have a set-up that I scored last year....I'm hoping to get to it this Spring, but probably won't. Anyway, I've considered trying an external coil HEI, but am now thinking more of doing the Pertronix upgrade to my points distributor. To throw another wrench in this equation......the power steering brackets on the motors with a/c that I've seen are different than those with just PS alone. The PS set-up that I'm currently using positions the belt on the 2nd groove of the water pump & damper. However, the complete PS & a/c set-up that I harvested last year positions the PS belt on the 1st groove and the a/c belt on the 2nd groove.
