Question Quick question about window wipe/felt & regulator installations

When replacing the window wipe and felt on a 72, what's the story with the window being in place? Can it be done without removing the window? Is it easier/required to be one way or the other (window installed/removed)? Just trying to allot the right amount of time for the project so I don't have to stop halfway through with no windows...

Also, when replacing regulators, that does indeed require removal of the vent window and the main window glass, correct? I suppose I should just go ahead and find a full day to dedicate to all things door and window related and not try to break it up into smaller projects...but for now...

Thanks!
