Re: Parting BBC 1969 GMC c2500 Super Custom!

Gauge cluster is pretty rough and the circuit board layer is shot. I'd say good for internal parts only. I'd sell for $10 plus shipping so something like $25 shipped.

Radiator is good. Could use a cleaning on inside and then it would be really nice. There are some light mineral deposits inside now but nothing that interferes with flow and they'd clean out in a hot tank i think. Here is a pic. I can get more pics if you're interested.

Sharpie has 1st shot at hold downs once i get them off core support

Re: Parting BBC 1969 GMC c2500 Super Custom!

I am certainly interested in the radiator. Does it come with the (bolt ons) in the photo? I will need the the 4 core mounts for sure. So I guess I will wait to see if they get sold.
I am also interested in the big hump. Do you know if I will need this in order to go from small block to BB ? If could give me a shipping quote for above parts to 03249 NH ?
Thanks so much for your reply. HDBob

Re: Parting BBC 1969 GMC c2500 Super Custom!

Sure thing Sharpie and HDbob, I just need to research my '67 a little and see if I shouldn't use this four core setup with my 305v6 though? Anyone know what they had originally? Mine has a 2 core but I'm not positive its original. Either way my original is shot and I'll have to replace with something.

Shipped the upper grille piece, headlight bezels, and seatbelts today.

OK, I'm out then. Use them or pass them on to the next in line. I've found a set since I first asked on 2/27. Thanks, Sharpie

2 weeks after parts were listed for sale and spoken for..... and now you might use them. Not a great way to conduct parts sales. Sharpie

Sorry, just happened across some new info that 4 cores were used on some trucks like mine and now need to think it through a moment. Don't mean any harm, just trying to get stuff lined up for my 67 going without spending more than i have to.

Hey Man ,
They are your parts. You can change your mind if you want. New projects make you re-think what you might not want to sell. It has happened to all of us. No harm done,There are lots of parts out there. no apologies needed. Good luck with your new project !

Bob, even though I'm keeping the rad and mounts, do you still want the high hump? It has a little rust through in one spot in the photo below but is otherwise good. Total $44 shipped to you. Includes mounting hardware.

Tachometer $15 shipped Conus.

Th 400 reportedly worked great and has cranberry colored nice fluid pouring out. 1968 model?

Bob, I suppose they needed more clearance in certain trucks. Even if it would physically fit, you'd want a gap between the driveline and hump to keep it cooler in the cab. High humps came in Big block trucks with auto or 4spd, all other 4spds, all 4x4's, 305/351V6's and most or all with a TH400.

See pics below. As for the TH400, Shipping would be for about 150lbs from 55020 if you want to get quotes. Its probably not practical.
