question about 71-72 factory duel exhaust hangars

A. Did G.M. produce hangar supports that serve a pass. side head and tail pipe for 71-72?
B. If not did they make them for odd applications like blazers or cab-chassis that had to route the exhaust on the pass side?

I am simply trying to make a 72 C-10 truck look like it has factory duel's and not sure if the iron supports that mount to the frame for the above mentioned, head and tail pipe are pieces that can be obtained.
The piercing holes are in the chassis so my hope is that yes they did, but finding them, oh boy! That might be fun....

They had factory passenger side exhaust on the big block trucks. (dual exhaust) I have a 72 longhorn that came that way.

Re: question about 71-72 factory duel exhaust hangars

I am guessing that the iron support for the tail pipe and the head pipe that are riveted to the frame are reversed versions of the driver side pieces used on all other 71-2pick-up's?
Any chance you can take a picture of them for me?
I might have to forge one!!! LOL!
Thanks Ray

Re: question about 71-72 factory duel exhaust hangars

KrazyRay is correct, Big Block trucks came from factory with dual exhaust brackets. They are different for leaf spring rears and coil spring rears. Trevor

Thanks for that picture.
Yes, understood that they will be different whether leaf or coil.
The truck I am wanting to address is a coil spring truck so the picture is perfect.
I dont suppose anyone has ever heard of a source for these other than hoping to find an original for sale????
