Good luck, exhaust setup like that (had real flowmaster 40's) made my truck super loud and uncomfortable to drive for long periods. I also have no carpet or insulation and lots of rust holes in the floor. Switched them out for some summit turbos and its alot better. I still plan on having tailpipes run someday....

Well I got the pipes in this past Friday. I was able cut the pipes and 'flip' the bend to work with my crossmember. I used the 'weldless' technique with adapters and clamps for now... It sounds pretty mean. Nice rumble. Not quite as loud as Flowmaster 40's but it has a nice little rumble on acceleration. At idle, it's not much different than the turbos I took off... I didn't snap any pics while I was under there, but I can snap a few of the finished product and post them later...

Thanks!! I'm pretty happy with the way it looks now. It rides a lot better too. I never got those Rockets centered just right. These are direct bolt on so it rides 100% better...

All the sprayers I used so far on this project worked pretty good. As far as difficulty, fair to midland on that meter.

The Preval sprayer (aerosol) you can get from Hobby Lobby or any art type store. The gravity feed sprayer came from Harbor Freight, and the old Binks sprayer I got from my Dad.

Well Friday November 3, 2011, although it was Chevrolet's 100th b-day, was a very sad day for me. I posted my truck on Albuquerque's Craigslist on that morning, and it was sold by the evening. She's gone....

We sure do miss it... I just needed to get my head out of the water, funds wise... I'm already on craigslist everyday looking...
