72 sierra grande help

I bought my truck about a month ago from some kid. It was step notched and four linked and at the time I figured it was ok. I went to pull the bed off because I'm doing restoration work on it and well the step notch looks like a child did the welding. The four link doesn't actually make since on there set up and well so forth. I'm electing to redo my front and back suspension and going with coil overs front and rear a new paralell four link set up. Here is my questions, since I don't have a weight scale near me I would like to know what's the front and rear weight on the truck? Any one recommend a good ifs for these trucks? As I come along with more questions I'm sure ill bug y'all a lot more. Once again if anyone has any information your responses will be greatly appreciated.

As you can see I have pulled off the front clip. The bed windows doors and cab will be removed to have the frame worked on and sand blasted and painted. Hope to be done by november so I can make it to the lsx shootout that's coming here.
