Question What is a chevy fireball?

I hope some of you can answer this question. I have been looking (not very hard I might add) for a 67-72 motorhome. The kind with the one ton chassis, dual rear axle with truck front end. Now here is the question. I came across an ad for a 1972 Chevy Fireball. Has anyone ever heard of it? I haven't been able to contact the owner. I'm just hoping that this is the truck with the motorhome .
Thanks for any input on this question.

Hey thanks, I hope they did order it on a truck chassis. I have talked to one owner with a 350/350 set up. He was getting the same milage as my 3/4 ton.

Finally got ahold of the owner. Turns out to be like the photo above. A van type motorhome. I was hoping for the truck version. :-(

Didn't they have vans that looked like trucks back then, I forget what they were called. I think someone on here has one that used to be an ambulance.

1969GMC, thanks... you are right. The shipping would kill me. I would probably have to take a small loan out to pay the fuel cost, if I drove it home too.

DMurphy, thanks. It might look cool once the black paint with flames were applied. Honestly, I think I would be kicked out of the neighborhood with that thing. I'm looking for the one with the full truck cab. I have to admit tho, it is different. I don't think I would mistaken it for another one in a parking lot
