20 inch Dodge steelies

Hey everyone, I was hoping i could get some help with this. Ive searched on here and still have a couple questions. I know the pattern on the wheels are different. If i were to runs these should i redrill or just use adaptors? I wasnt quite sure what others were doing that were running them.

Thanks

Re: 20 inch Dodge steelies

the green truck above was mine. I used a 1" spacer in the rear and a 1/4" spacer in the front. the FJ Cruiser rims fit without any problems whatsoever.
