factory gauges

I currently picked up a '68 c10. and it would appear the last owner disconnected all the original gauges in favor of a trio of aftermarket gauges. the truck has a new 350 crate in it, I was wondering if I can adapt the old gauges to work with the newer motor. also the speedo seems to be highly inaccurate as well. does anyone know of any good resource for working with the old gauges? thanks
