Carb Help!

Having starting problems with my Edelbrock Carb. I can't get it to start after it sits without dumping gas down in the primaries. I notice when I push the accelerator no gas comes out into the primaries. Once it starts it idles fine and if it will rev if I am slow and smooth with the accelerator. If I punch it quick it will bog down. Any help quys?

Re: Carb Help!

You obviously have a bad accelerater pump. Make sure the linkage is hooked up. If so you will need to take the top off the carb & check the pump plunger.

Your local NAPA should have them also. I've found that NAPA tends to be a little cheaper than summit/jegs on eddy parts, at least the one here is.
