what to do?
okay, so i was in the process of taking off my wheel arch trim on my truck. this trim hasnt been off since 1979 so its on there good! and i got all screws but one stinking screw! and its really starting to pi** me off! any suggestions on what to do? thanks guys!

PB Blaster or WD40 on the back (threaded) side of the screw and let it soak. Small vice grips on the back side to turn the threads. If too badly rusted in place you will have to snap the head of the screw off and drill out the rest of the screw with a smaller diameter drill bit, but I'll bet some lubrication will get it out. if worst comes to worst you can grind off the head of the screw with a dremel

I'd try pb blaster.....I ended up using that when I had a really really tight sealt belt bolt...and it worked...and this bolt was so tight that when I tried to use a breaker bar I hurt my back bracing and the bar started to bent.....

For all you guys that run into this again. I have a version of this tool
http://www.harborfreight.com/impact-...ase-37530.html And damn it works great when you need it. You just put it on the screw and crack it with a hammer and bam, it is loose. Just used it this weekend trying to get my mirror and vent window off. Just another good tool.
