My newest project....'72 GMC....2500
I struck a deal on this one last week end.
It will be a fun one to restore. I've had very few classic vehicles from the Northwest area with as nice of a body as this one.....amount of rust....etc. I can't wait to get her home and get started on it. I'm in the middle of a $h!t-$t@rm on other fronts and won't be able to bring her home for a couple weeks. It sure is all there.....looks like just over 100K miles. The previous owner's decided that they needed the 3/4 ton frt & rear diffs for a different project and they replaced them with 1/2 ton stuff. Also, at one time it appears that it got a new box (without the side mouldings) at which time they stripped the lsm's off of the rest of the truck. The second picture shows some crap on the rocker panel and lower part of the drivers door....It's MOSS....Yep, just good ol' Oregon tree salad. Other than that....it's pretty much an unmolested sweet heart. Should be fun. BTW....It's got a pretty sweet interior trimmed in white.

Nice looking truck. Should be a great start. Are you going to put 3/4 ton axles back under it? WES

Wes...
I will put the running gear back to original, along with the rest of the truck. I may go stock on the whole thing, as this was.......in my opinion.....one of the nicest looking trucks ever made right off the assembly line. Still thinkin' about it.
