it can be a bit overwhelming at times

Every time i change something out I find something else that has to be done.. i wnat to just leave it but damnit i cant.... i was changing out springs yesterday.. quick lil 30 min job.. now im online looking for a front end rebuild kit.. front brake lines etc etc etc.. my origional plan to prime and drive woulda tok a weekedn.. now ive changed cab, clip transmission.. working on fron suspension .. and I may do a rear trailing arm swap.. thats doesnt even include the cosmetic part yet.. dammit .. i wanna drive her!!1

That's part of the game man!

I thought I just needed my carb rebuilt, then I found the motor was hurt, decided to pull the whole front clip, rebuild the front end, pulled all the interior, pulled the tranny to rebuild it (for the hell of it), carrier bearing, rear end housing seals, all the brake lines and wheel cylinders, weld up the kick panel/holes in the floor corners, just keeps goin on and on!

I feel the pain as well, I have one "oh it will be just this/that job" turn into full on stupidty.

It happens to the best of us, just remember the goal to is the best running/driving truck you can and enjoy it.

I'm feeling it too! i bought fairly clean truck with no motor.was gonna put a motor in it and get it running and have some fun . that was 4 years ago and it snow-balled and still ain't even close

Don't get too discouraged though, I'm actually getting pretty close to getting mine on the road again. You will get there!!
