Funny I should find this thread... I just called yesterday and asked the salesman to read me off the SPID sticker. He said that it belongs to the owner of the lot and it was his job to weed out the interested people from the lookers. I can see why he'd have to now... Had to tell him where to find the SPID to start with, and as soon as he said 127 I checked out. I don't really have a problem with them being shortened, but if they don't know it was shorted, or DO know and don't say anything, then I have an issue. Not to mention it looks like it was painted with a can of orange paint and a stick of dynamite.
