i have been workin on the truck for a year.(1978 k20).put a manual steering column and a floor shift in....i have no left rear turn signal or brake lights.

even jumpin the juice past the brake light switch i get abseloutly nothing.

my right side turn signal works,but the left side wont, only in the rear.

im getting flashing power on the plug thing on top of the column,but the plug on the firewall has abseloutly nothing..

i need help! please

i just had this problem myself, check the long connecter on your column thats in the middle under the dash, if it isnt plugged in right you get this situation

Yes that is the problem. The steering column connection that is just under the dash next to the column. It's really tight in there so it tends to get unplugged a little when you fiddle around under there. It's sounds like you have been fiddlin'.

yea ive been doin a lot of fiddlin.radio new dash stuff etc.

i checked that thing and its all messed up so i cut one off of the old column and spliced it onto this column with butt connecters.everything works great! thanks!

i can finally drive the p.o.s ahha
