Just need to find out the thread type and size:

Here's what I've found so far:
1 3/4 long overall
Thread length = 7/8
Diameter 11/20

7/16 fine thread (SAE)

The bolts that hold the lap belts to the floor are 1/2-13 but they are designed for seat belt usage. The shoulder belt location is 7/16 fine thread and the right bolts should be used there, also.

7/16 fine thread on cab floor mounts for a 67, 1/2 coarse thread on 68-72 cab floor mounts. 7/16 fine thread on all 67-72 pillar mounts.
