Re: NOS 1967 dash knob
i was thinking it was a headlight knob without the rod. the rod is shaped the same way the hole is on the knob but not sure about that.

Re: NOS 1967 dash knob
Don't think this will work for the radio. it would spin over and is a lot deeper than a radio knob. I have a set of used 67 deluxe radio knobs if your interested. i would have to dig them out for a pic but i pretty sure there in nice shape. $20.00 shipped to you for the pair, $15 for a single in a bubble wrap envelope. Pm me if your interested. The shipping is a little higher from here because of the border crossing. On average it will cost $10-$15 to ship smaller items and $15 for sure with a tracking #. just FYI.

Re: NOS 1967 dash knob
The triangular shape is a dead giveaway that this is for the headlight switch.

Re: NOS 1967 dash knob
I have seen some handi-vans with knobs that are taller than the truck knobs. Can't tell if this one is the tall type though. They were on the heater controls. I have some of them but they're the 68-up type.

Re: NOS 1967 dash knob
According to the part number it is for the wiper switch on a big truck (series 40-60)

Re: NOS 1967 dash knob
Thanks for looking that up. At least now i know what its for. It is a taller knob. I put it next to my headlight button this morning and it is the same height. The triangle hole is bigger than the one on my headlight switch though.
