bagging my lwb 1967 c10.lotta q's

soo im way new to lowering trucks.
i want to bag my 1967 c10 lwb.

can i put bags in place of the coil springs front and rear?
if yes,how low will it sit when lowered all the way?

i dont want to go crazy,im just doin it a budget deal.nada fancy.

will i have to cut and 'z' or 'c' the frame?

any other complications like trailing arms?
a-arms etc?

Cool, yes, pretty low, good idea, no, maybe, not really...

Those are all the quick answers. I kindly suggest you do some research here in this forum and educate yourself to the many options available. Once you have a concept of what your trying to accomplish, we can give you more detailed advice.

You need to decide what you can afford.
I good bagged truck like you describe,... starts with alot of "static drop" components.
You will need drop spindles (to get it low), which will require you to switch to disc brakes.
You will need good drop shocks, and a set of rear shock relocators.
A longer adjustable track bar will be needed to re-center the rear axle.

My blazer is bagged and lowered like you describe.
It has a bolt in rear c-notch and 2" lowering blocks in the rear.
It will go lower,... but I chose not to cut the bed floor or remove the inner fenders.
