Re: 1 gallon of CLR left to go
No it doesn't, but it will work wonders on surface rust, light rust, hard water stains, etc.

Re: 1 gallon of CLR left to go
this is what it looked like before and after. it had an ubleiveable amount of iron on it, from irragation water. i should have shot the other side it was even worse. iv'e tried most of the cleaners/restorers at the autobody supply place, they do work, but nothing iv'e found works as good as clr at getting minerals of paint for the $$$ 23/gal at home repot. if you plan on using it wear gloves and eye protection, and don't use around nice concrete. i dillute it 1:1 and use green scouring pads.

Re: 1 gallon of CLR left to go
my guess is the green scotchbrite pad is doing most of the work by sanding the oxdied paint off. for chrome use a fine steelwool it will bring back the shine.
for hard water stains Ive washed them in warm vinegar water then buffed the paint out

Re: 1 gallon of CLR left to go
Thats about right pig rig. Plus the fact that i only cut it 1:1. Ill have to try the 000 wool and magic erasers. Been looking at your wheels pig rig. Figure if i really want some of those ill have to sell a couple trucks and cars, but they sure are nice
