Re: Do i put air bags on this ?

i was originally the same way with my truck ..my grandfather drove my truck for 25 years, i swore i would never cut the frame or modify this truck this much..but when it came down to it i knew i couldnt afford to build a second truck and i wanted it to lay out i started with a static drop and then a simple bag setup and then a bag set up with control arms and a bigger notch and then the Dropmember and now the bolt on body drop.............all of this has happened and i have never driven it with any of these suspensions !!!! LOL

Re: Do i put air bags on this ?

Let me clear the air (punt intended) about Hectors comments on winning trophies. I have run with this guy long enough to know he doesn't go to shows just to win a trophy. He goes for all the right reasons, just like he should.

He has a blast cruisin there with all his ///RA buddies, and enjoying the show with his family and friends. You couldn't ask to hang out with a nicer more laid back guy and very polite and well behaved girls.

With that said, does he want to win an award? Absolutely! He has a really nice truck that he has put a lot of effort in to and would appreciate taking home some hardware to display with pride.

Keep in mind, this is not his daily driver, its a truck toy that he cruises and shows. I don't know if bags will net him any more awards, but I do know it would look even better tuckin those sweet wheels...
