Removing headliner help

How do you remove the headliner on a 72 k-10 so it can be reused. The trim around the edges has already been removed. This is a great site you guys have here. Thanks for any help.

Re: Removing headliner help

with the chromed plastic trim removed, the headliner is held up with 40 year old glue. I've always just pulled them down and never damaged one uet.

Re: Removing headliner help

you can pull them off most times// i've also used a long piece of 30lb mono fishline to saw them off the roof with on ones that arent that easy to pull

removing the chrome trim without breakin the tabs is the tricky part
