i have a 77 K5 and thinking of installing a tach cluster but i'm wondering if the 73 up trucks are plug and play like 67-72s -i know i have to have a seperate harness for the tach but is the rest of the wiring still the same as it was before or do the wires need to be relocated in the plug so everything else works. thanks in advance. by the way, 100 bucks is a steal.

It's plug-n-play if you have the right year. '73-'75 were ammeter and mechanical oil. '76-'77 were volt and mechanical oil. '78 and up were volt and electric oil sender.

i need to see which tach cluster i have and if mine is incorrect, i'll buy one from you-providing you have any leftover. i have a buddy interested in one for his 74 if you want to part with one of your early style.
