Bed and cab are fused together too. Looks longer than a Blazer and shorter than a Burb. Roof way different from a Burb, maybe a truck with the bed welded to the cab? Or a burb with a stretched truck roof on it? It probably wouldn't take too much work to put a standard truck front clip on it and get rid of that tilting front end.

reminds me of the 1967 Veraneio,(pictured below) available only in Brazil i think. Oh well, its still Chevy...but an ugly one, imo.
