Should i put this on a 1969 Gmc C30 Flatdeck can it handle the load and still be usefull for something. and can a 1969 Gmc pull a trailer with a smal tractor with the ez dumper and not be overloaded

That EZ Dumper is made for a lighter truck than a 3500. Your 3500 can handle a real dump bed. It can handle a trailer with a small tractor,too. A dual wheel is a 10,000# GVW truck with a much greater combined GVW

I believe (could be wrong) that EZ Dumpers are made to fit inside a pickup bed. I think you will be disappointed with the capacity of that one.

will a regular dump bed work on a 69 snice they are 40 years old and a truck eqipment company would't do it

Not sure why a truck equipment company wouldn't do it. I would try another one.
I have a 67c30 dump and I have had it worked on locally.
