They will generally stink if you fill the tank all the way to the top, expecially in warm eather. The vent is in the gas cap, so any overflow or excess fumes goes out right next to the drivers window.

Yah smoking is not an option with these cab mounted fuel tanks..
I just replaced my filler neck cause som crack head wanted to siphon my gas out and didn't think of twisting th cap off, but instead taking a screw driver and prying it off..

They were wild and crazy guys , most of whom had burn marks up and down their face and neck .. mostly on the left side.....
