Does anyone know where I could get metal inserts for adjusting headlights. My first mistake was to go with HID. I had to modify the metal housing to fit the 4x6 housing. The plastic inserts just keep stripping out when starting to screw and adjust headlight.
I have now jury rigged with 1/4 28 nut and washer. Any help would be appreciated. Phil |

Re: Headlight adjustment screw
I can't picture exactly what it looks like back there but maybe a riv-nut would work.

Re: Headlight adjustment screw
Grease up the backs of the headlamp buckets. Makem like a slip n slide. A dab of white grease will mork fine for that.
