95 4.3 block/93 heads intake
I got a blazer for my son. The motor runs but smokes. Another motor came with it but it's a 95. Can I use the 93 heads intake on the 95 block? Also one of the heads on the 95 was cracked

As long as it's a TBI engine, it should work fine. AFAIK, they didn't put a crank sensor on the timing cover until they went with the same "vortec" spider setup as small blocks, '96 if I'm not mistaken.
Double check those heads, could be bad guides if it just smokes when you get on it. If it blows smoke all the time, it's generally rings, bad intake gasket or a really screwed up EGR |

Probably rings, but be sure to have those valve guides and seals checked before you swap the heads over.
