Tell your neighbors to take a leap.

That is one nice truck! man you should rev it up in front of his house every chance you get.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

you gotta let it warm up, lol. i do the same thing every morning around 7:30. i've got a crabby old biotch across the street from me that complains about everything and sometimes my old K/5 with 40 series flows doesn't like to kick down off high idle- gotta rev it several times to drop down, thought about fixing it but changed my mind.

What? If I ever get mine done up that nice, it'll still be driven and used because that is what they were meant to do. I mean, they all started out nice back in 67-72.

Re: Finally Done

I would of been driving it a lot more but the quadrajet that was rebuilt needs some tweaking and the guy that rebuilt it has been on vacation for a few weeks and now I am away for a few weeks.I am not sure what it is but it is almost stalls out when I give it gas.

Very well done. Nice truck! And for the neighbor, buy a Harley, and see how much he misses the sound of the truck! LOL

Re: Finally Done

sneaky I really haven't looked into the writing on the firewall but I believe the x246 blue was the colour and as for the z62 engine ? I am sure there is someone here that could answer that better than me. I know it came that way from the factory as I am the second owner and my father inlaw was the previous owner and he did not alter anything.
