Question Missing options...revisited

Some of you may remember about a year and a half ago, I posted a question, along with a poll about 69 CST trucks that did not have the cargo light on the cab. (supposedly included wth the CST package)
Well, here are a couple more that I noticed on the exact same truck...
CST with the base model ugly side marker lights.
And CST with no headliner.

I'd have to look at my books to be 100% sure, but I am pretty sure those two options were standard in a CST. I KNOW they were in 70.
Any thoughts?
Anyone's truck match this rig I am refering to?

sometimes people take those options off when they sell the truck and install them on thier other truck. With the case of side marker lights, if the vehicle was ever in an accident insurance companies or body shops won't bother with the more expensive marker lights and just go with the cheapies. Another thing I noticed is a 69 Cst/20 camper special running around town with the side trim with the black down the center as opposed to the woodgrain band

In this particular case, the truck is a 50,000 (or so) mile original, and had never been wrecked.
True, the side markers may have been taken, but the headlier was never there in the first place. (no holes)
