Engine Support
I dropped the T350 tranny out of my 70 today and I was wondering other than a jack, what can I use to support the engine? The tranny is going to be out of the truck for a good while and I would like to still be able to more the truck about some.

Re: Engine Support
I have always used a come-along or chain from frame rail to frame rail.

Re: Engine Support
I've used rachet straps in the past, from frame rail to frame rail.
Don't let the exhaust hold it... esp if you have the old 40+ year olf ram horns, they will break. |
