Help with headlights for 89 1500 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

i have a 89 1500 4x4, ive been wantin to install some halo projector headlights. I do not know if they will work because it says like 94-up chevys, i was just wondering if anybody could help me out, would i need a different wiring harness or what? thanks- marty_badbowtie

yep you need the mounting brackets and the plugins for the 90 and up style composite/one piece headlights, local parts stores have them, or you could get the headlight relay kits and only need like 2 of the other style plugins instead of 4.

The new headlights will come with the mounting bracket attached, so all he'll really need are the plugs and bulbs.
