Looks great. I was thinking about doing something like that to mine, is that aluminum or stainless?

Thanks
Thanks guys. The bed is 1/8 inch thick tread plate aluminum(sp). It really was not that expn. It only cost me about 200$ for wood bolts and then the aluminum. I also bought a gas filler from a boat place that if you look in the rear of the bed you can almost see.( it blends right in)

My bed is warped and rusted through in 2
places. I've given up hope of finding another bed floor that is not warped or rusted through at a reasonable price. Just wondering...how mush the sheet of diamond tread steel cost you ?? Jim Mt Juliet |

That is a bit cheaper than i thought, and it does look dam good.
I have thought about doing this in the back of the longhorn, but I think I will stick with wood. |

That's what I am planning for my 70. I even plan on having a white truck. Nice to see how it may look.
Do you still have wood under yours or just the diamond plate on the cross rails?
