Question 1990 Suburban

I have a 1990 Suburban 1500 4x4 sitting on 33in Super Swamper. I bought it about 4 months ago. I can't figure out why my interior lights are not working. I replaced all the bulbs and still nothing. I replaced the rear air controller switch and now only the low side blower works. I have about 4 wires under the dash that are unplugged and don't know where they plug up. If anyone actually has a picture of the underneath of their dash and maybe a little easier to read schematic that would really help. Thanks.

One of the wires is like a ribbon it has violet yellow blue and one other color it is actually attached to the steering column on one side.
one of the other wires has what looks like a resistor in it it may require a fuse?
I can try to post some pictures if that will help.
