wiring lights
Anyone have the diagram for the wiring of the lighing system for a 67 GMC? Mainly the fron head lights and High beam switch.
when I turn the lights on only the tail lights come on. I know the lights work, because they all light up if I run a wire to them directly.

I would unplug the highbeam switch and look for corrosion before chaseing any wires. This is the problem 75% of the time it seems.
The switch can probqably be found at a parts store for cheap, or on the parts board even cheaper. I just gave my last spare away a couple weeks ago to someone with the same problem. |

Dimmer switch--unplug and jump blue wire to green and tan with light switch on--green hi beam tan low. If they work switch is bad.
