c-10 and c-20 U-joints, Driveshaft, break lines

are the u joints on the c-20 and c-10 the same?

i can get a hold of a c-10 rear and front end and i was wondering if my driveshaft and stuff will work on the c-10 set up.

also, would all the break lines and stuff hook up easily

im thinking of doing this to get 5 or 6 lug and a better gear ratio for highway miles instead of the towing ratio. and it is free
plus the c-10 set up has drop spindles, soo why not

There's a standard U-joint size, but if you have the larger beast of a differential (HO52 or 72) get ready for the bigger U-joint in the back. Hell, even the U-bolts that hold that thing in are expensive...
