Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
Do you think they will work with the Vintage Air SureFit system? Will there be enough room for the a/c lines and heater hoses?

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
i dont know can you show me a pic of yours and i will tell you if it will or not, you would probably need to run your hoses down low and come out of the firewall above the frame rail somewhere ?

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
It looks like it will be close with the Vintage Air setup. There are some decent pics of the hoses in my build thread if you want to compare them.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
here are some pics of the Vintage Air Sure Fit Gen IV setup at the firewall. Hope this helps. This is on a '74, so the wheelhouses are a little bit different than the 81-up.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
ok you are correct ...no these hoses wouldnt clear they would have to be rerouted coming out closer to the engine side of that filler panel

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
Would 90°elbows work? If they came right off the firewall w/90's toward the motor, then 90'd back toward the core support?

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
possibly , since i am still in the fabrication stage maybe i can make for a little more clearance in that area ! maybe if someone has one of these plastic panels that they didnt use they could let me borrow it for mock up

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
these tubs bolt into the factory locations? and im guessing if you have the fenders cut out it would only bolt in at the front and rear of the mounting locations?

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek
no, i trimmed right at the edge of all of the holes all the way around so all of the factory bolts around the edge will be used, as soon as i have one of the inners unbolted i will get a picture so you can see what i am talking about !
