SOLDHere is what my finish products look like stripped, acid bathed, and ready for primer and paint.. Bigger parts will be soda stripped of course or blasted. All this I do for YOU!!

LOL. I like my process as much as blasting..I grind all the primer and paint off then use muriatic acid to remove the rest and rust. it also etches the metal for nice adhesion... But I will blast if need be...especially big parts.

that's cool...wouldn't need them blasted if they're ready for paint already...they just looked like they needed cleaning up more before paint in the pictures...let me know if he passes...

Those are just grind swirls... They are smooth ass you know what... lol I will hit them with a belt and orbital sander too. I'm bored at the moment. lol I got metal prep with zinc phosphate too. My prep work is as good as any blast... just the time and man hours debate

I have an original pair ready to go like brand new...just need cleaned. factory finish black..they already look NOS. or I clean the ones form the post...Not the real clean black one that is only one PAss side.. This pair... they are mainly just GREASY!!! I love greasy parts though...it preserves the metal. i know they are all tight I already check them on hood. they will look like the door hinges when I'm done though.. I would just blast them but my friend borrowed mine so I do it the hard(not as easy way) same results though. i have a feeling you will want the ones I post pics of tomorrow.. They are "bathing" right now... "DO NOT DISTURB" lol
